REFUND POLICY

We include a free 2ml spray sample with your order for you to test before opening the main bottle so if you are not happy with the fragrance we offer a no quibble 14 day return and refund of UNOPENED and UNSPRAYED 50ml Parfum bottles. 
Please understand we cannot accept returns of used 50ml sprays due to hygiene reasons.

How to Return

Kindly send us a message on our contact page with your order number. The item must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Once received and inspected; a full refund will be processed. The customer will have to cover the cost of the return.
